By signing a membership agreement or using the facilities at MindSpace Collective (“Provider”), located at 2215 S Curry Pike, Bloomington, IN 47403, you (“Member”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership & Access
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Members may not sublease, share, or assign their access rights without written approval from Provider.
Access hours depend on membership type (e.g., 24/7 access for dedicated office members, standard business hours for flex memberships).
3. Payment Terms
All payments are due on the agreed billing date and must be made via automatic draft (ACH transfer, debit, or credit card).
Late payments not resolved within 10 days may result in suspension of access.
Provider reserves the right to revise membership fees with 30 days’ written notice.
4. Use of Space
The space is to be used solely for lawful, professional business purposes.
No overnight stays, residential use, hazardous activities, or activities that create excessive noise, odors, or disturbances.
Members must comply with all building codes, fire safety laws, and health regulations.
5. Business Address & Mail Handling
Members may use 2215 S Curry Pike, Bloomington, IN 47403 as their business address during their membership.
Provider will accept and hold mail/packages on behalf of Members, but assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdelivered items.
8. Locker Use (Non-Permanent Office Members)
Members without a dedicated office may be assigned a personal locker.
Members must supply their own lock and are solely responsible for securing their belongings.
Provider is not liable for theft, loss, or damage of items stored in lockers.
9. Amenities
Membership includes access to high-speed internet, printing/copying, basic office supplies, kitchenette, and complimentary coffee and beverages.
Provider is not liable for interruptions or outages beyond its control.
10. Confidentiality & Privacy
Members must respect the confidentiality of information overheard or observed while in the coworking space.
HIPAA, legal privilege, and industry-specific compliance obligations remain the sole responsibility of each Member.
11. Conduct & Community Standards
Members must act respectfully toward staff and other members.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of membership.
Members are responsible for their guests and must accompany them at all times.
12. Property & Liability
Members are responsible for damages caused to Provider’s property beyond normal wear and tear.
Provider is not responsible for personal property loss, theft, or damage.
Members agree to indemnify and hold Provider harmless against claims arising from their activities in the space.
13. Termination
Provider reserves the right to terminate a membership for:
Nonpayment or repeated failed auto-drafts
Violation of these Terms and Conditions
Illegal activity
Conduct that endangers other members or the facility
Early termination by the Member requires full payment of the remaining membership term unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14. Modifications to Terms
Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any significant changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Any disputes will be resolved first through mediation in Monroe County, Indiana, before litigation.
